One Dish Chicken and Rice Variation

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Mix soup, 3/4 cup water, one minced garlic clove, 1/4 tsp parsley flakes, and salt in ungreased shallow 2-quart casserole.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Boil rice in 1 1/4 cup of water for 10-12 minutes.
  5. It will be almost cooked.
  6. Lay chicken on top and sprinkle with remaining garlic and parsley.
  7. Cover and bake until bubbly and chicken shows no signs of pink in the center--about 45 minutes.
