Asian Roasted Shrimp
- 1 pound Shrimp In The Shell, 21-30 Count
- 1/4 cups Canola Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 piece Fresh Ginger, About 2 Inches, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Garlic Sauce
- Kosher Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Rinse shrimp and drain well on paper towels.
- (I put the shrimp on paper towels on the baking sheet that Ill use later to do the roasting).
- Put the oil in a bowl and add the garlic, ginger, oyster sauce and chili garlic sauce (I use the Vietnamese brand with the rooster on the plastic jar).
- Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
- Spray the baking sheet you used to drain/dry the shrimp with vegetable spray.
- Spread the shrimp on the baking sheet.
- Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Serve immediately and dont forget the paper towels!
