Asian Roasted Shrimp

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Rinse shrimp and drain well on paper towels.
  3. (I put the shrimp on paper towels on the baking sheet that Ill use later to do the roasting).
  4. Put the oil in a bowl and add the garlic, ginger, oyster sauce and chili garlic sauce (I use the Vietnamese brand with the rooster on the plastic jar).
  5. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
  6. Spray the baking sheet you used to drain/dry the shrimp with vegetable spray.
  7. Spread the shrimp on the baking sheet.
  8. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  9. Serve immediately and dont forget the paper towels!
