3-Step Pork Chops (W/ Mushroom Gravy)
- 6 pork chops, bone-in
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 14 cups milk (1 soup can)
- 23 cup water (1/2 soup can)
- 18-14 teaspoon garlic powder or 18-14 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Brown pork chops in oil then place in large baking dish or roaster.
- In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs until tender.
