Louise's Baked Tilapia in Garlic-Butter and Vinegar sauce
- 1 stick melted butter
- 3 clove minced garlic
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 3 Fresh Tilapia fillets
- 1 tsp a teaspoon salt & pepper (add more in the end to taste)
- preheat oven in 370F.
- In a baking pan or tray mix all first four ingredients together (make sure your butter is melted or softened.)
- add your Tilapia, lay flat and brush the sauce you made earlier onto the whole fillets.
- cook for about 12-14 min.
- add more salt and pepper if you like.
- eat with rice or mashed potatoes.
