- 1 Tablespoon Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Cayenne
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 3 Tablespoons Grapeseed Oil
- 1 pound Organic Chicken Cutlets
- 4 whole Sesame Seed Hamburger Buns
- 1 whole Lettuce
- 1 whole Tomato, Sliced
- Naturally Fresh Jalapeno Ranch, To Taste
- Note: You can really build this however you want to, so Im just going to give the frying directions.
- 1.
- In a large bowl mix the flour, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
- Set aside.
- In a separate small bowl, add the eggs and beat until mixed.
- 2.
- In a large skillet add the oil and warm over medium-high heat.
- 3.
- As the oil warms up, get your first chicken piece ready by dipping it in the flour.
- Be sure to coat it evenly, then dip it into the egg,and then back into the flour.
- Test the oil by dropping a little bit of flour and see if it bubbles or sizzles.
- When the oil is hot, add the chicken.
- Dredge the rest of the chicken the same way.
- 4.
- You may need to turn the heat to medium; you dont want the outside to burn before the chicken is cooked through.
- Cook until each side is a nice deep golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side.
- You dont want any pink in the chicken meat.
- I usually cut a piece in half to check itI know but I cant help it!
- 5.
- Set a paper towel on a plate and put finished chicken on the towel to absorb any last oil.
- Assemble your sammie and enjoy!
