Balsamic Cranberry Chutney

  1. Combine cranberries, orange, vinegar, wine.
  2. Bring to boil, add apricots and cherries.
  3. Cook over low-medium heat for at least 10 minutes until cranberries pop.
  4. Add spices and continue to cook another 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Stir freguently!
