Egg White Pound Cake
- 2 Egg whites
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 5 tbsp Pancake mix
- 1 Vanilla extract
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Line the baking pan with kitchen parchment paper or oil.
- Preheat the oven to 180C (356 Fahrenheit).
- Beat the egg whites until peaks form, adding the sugar as you go.
- Mix in the vegetable oil.
- Fold in 1/3 of the pancake mix at a time.
- In the final addition, add the vanilla extract as well.
- Pour into the pan and bake at 180C (356 Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes and it's done.
- This one has cocoa powder in the batter.
