Chicken Marengo

  1. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
  3. Place oil in skillet over medium heat.
  4. Brown chicken.
  5. Add garlic, beef broth, mushrooms, tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes.
  6. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook 30-40 minutes until chicken is tender.
