Penne with Tomato Vodka Cream Sauce
- 2 tsp. garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup spicy pasta sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vodka
- 1/4 cup 35% cream
- 1 cup penne pasta, cooked, drained
- 1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- - minced chili peppers, to taste
- Saute garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 1 min.
- or until tender.
- Add pasta sauce, vodka and cream; stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 min., stirring occasionally.
- Reheat pasta.
- Add sauce, basil, salt and pepper; toss to evenly coat.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese and chili peppers on the side.
