Penne with Tomato Vodka Cream Sauce

  1. Saute garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 1 min.
  2. or until tender.
  3. Add pasta sauce, vodka and cream; stir.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Reheat pasta.
  7. Add sauce, basil, salt and pepper; toss to evenly coat.
  8. Serve with Parmesan cheese and chili peppers on the side.
