Pork and Beans
- 150 grams~200 grams Cubed pork for stew
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 piece Garlic
- 1 can Canned whole tomatoes
- 1 bag Boiled soy beans
- 1 carrot Red chili pepper
- 2 tbsp White wine
- 1 Consomme cube
- 1 slice Bay leaf
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Cut the pork and onion into about 1 cm cubes.
- Thinly slice the garlic.
- Remove the seeds from the red hot pepper and cut it into thin round slices.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and heat up the garlic.
- It's OK once you can smell the garlic.
- Add the pork and onions to Step 2.
- Cook until the pork's color changes and everything in the pan is covered with oil.
- Add the whole can of tomatoes ( with the juice ), soy beans, wine, crushed consomme cube, red hot popper and bay leaf to Step 3.
- Mix while you mush the whole tomato.
- Stew it on medium heat.
- It will boil down in about 7 to 10 minutes.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a little bit of pepper to taste, then it's ready.
