Stack-A-Dinner

  1. In skillet, brown meat and onion; drain off fat.
  2. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, oregano, hot sauce, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring often.
  4. Cook rice and peas separately, each according to package directions.
  5. On individual serving plates, layer rice, peas, meat mixture and cheese.
  6. Top with green olives, if desired.
