SW Quinoa Salad

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well to combine flavors.
  2. Refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Eat as a stand alone salad or dip into it with tortilla chips!
  4. Also great used as salsa!
  5. Very easy to leave out ingredients, or add your favorite flavors.
  6. I've made this without onion products with zero problems.

tomatoes, white corn, black beans, fresh cilantro, red onion, green onion, quinoa, red wine vinegar, olive oil
