Bc's Mexican Citrus Marinade Recipe

• 1/4 c. Orange juice
• 1/4 c. Lime juice
• 1/4 c. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
• 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro Or possibly parsley
• 2 tsp Chili pwdr
• 1 tsp Grnd cumin
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Red pepper sauce
• 1/2 sm onion, minced

1. Mix all ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or possibly resealable plastic bag.
2. Makes about 1 c..
