Rice Soup

  1. Heat ghee in a large soup pot.
  2. Saute the diced vegetables and garlic for 15 minutes.
  3. Pour over water, bring to a boil and simmer until the vegetables are almost tender.
  4. While the vegetables are simmering, add the herbs in order.
  5. About 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the cooked rice.
  6. Add more water if necessary.
