Banana Split Cake
- 9 Graham Crackers, crushed
- 1 cup Sugar, divided
- 1/3 cup Butter, melted
- 2 packages Cream cheese (8oz. each)
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple in juice, drained (20 oz.)
- 6 Bananas, divided
- 2 packages Vanilla instant pudding (3.4 oz. each)
- 2 cup Cold milk
- 2 cup Cool Whip, thawed, divided
- 1 cup Chopped walnuts
- 1 Cherrys
- Mix Graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter.
- Mix Graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter.
- Press onto bottom of 13 x 9 inch glass dish.
- Freeze 10 min.
- Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar with mixer until blended.
- Spread carefully over crust, top with pineapple.
- Slice 4 bananas and layer over pineapple.
- Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk for 2 minutes.
- Stir in 1 cup cool whip, spread over banana layer.
- Top with remaining cool whip.
- Refrigerate at least 5 hours.
- Slice remaining bananas just before serving, arrange over dessert.
- Top with nuts and cherries.
- Enjoy!
