Angel Hair Nicoise
- 180 g angel hair pasta, uncooked
- 425 g tuna in vegetable oil, drained
- 100 g green beans, sliced and blanched
- 50 g pitted kalamata olives, chopped
- 12 lemon, juiced
- salt
- balsamic vinegar, to taste
- 12 bunch basil, chopped
- Cook pasta as directed on packet.
- Drain and return to pot and mix through all other ingredients.
- Serve.
