Asparagus Quiche

  1. Grate or cube cheese and place on bottom of unbaked pie crust.
  2. Place chopped and steamed asparagus over cheese layer.
  3. Sprinkle with a little dill weed and tarragon.
  4. Beat together 3 eggs (4 eggs if using quiche pan), milk and pour over top.
  5. Dust with paprika.
  6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375F (190C).
  7. Variations:
  8. Sour cream or buttermilk instead of milk.
  9. Crust: Makes single crust.
  10. Cut ingredients together.
  11. Roll and shape to fit pan.
  12. Use with asparagus quiche recipe.
