Bleu Garlic Butter

  1. Place the garlic on a sheet of foil.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, and then close the foil and place in a 400F oven.
  3. Roast for one hour, or until soft.
  4. Puree the garlic in a blender or food processor.
  5. Add the butter and bleu cheese, mixing well.
  6. Refrigerate or freeze in desired portion sizes.
