Asian Seafood Cocktail

  1. Arrange the baby greens onto serving plates.
  2. Top with two quarters of avocado each.
  3. Heat a wok over high heat.
  4. Add the seafood mix, tossing quickly until calamari is golden and just cooked through.
  5. Add the dressing and sweet chilli sauce and toss through to warm.
  6. Spoon seafood onto the avocado quarters and serve.
