Very Best Chocolate Cake

• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 12 cup cocoa
• 2 teaspoons vinegar
• 1 cup salad oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 cups cold water

1. Put everything together in a bowl and mix well.
2. I use an electric mixer.
3. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
