Seafood Linguine(4 Servings)

  1. Heat olive oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and saute until onion is golden brown, about 6 minutes.
  2. Stir in flour and coriander and cook 1 minute.
  3. Add wine and cream and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Add shrimp and scallops and simmer until shrimp are cooked through, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in parsley.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour over linguine and serve.
