Carmelized Fish
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 115 grams brown sugar
- 4 large pounded garlic
- 4 small shallot or onion
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 large salmon fish head or any fish fillet
- pan fried or grill or broil the salmon or fish
- With oil sautee pounded garlic and onion paste till fragrant then add dark soy sauce ,fish sauce and sugar with lime juice and stir vigorously to mix
- immediately mix over cooked salmon or fish and coat well and serve hot
