Pink Lemonade Angel Cake Recipe

  1. Place cool water, food coloring and cake fold in mixer bowl.
  2. Mix according to package directions; gently mix in lemon extract.
  3. Bake, cold and remove cake from pan according to package directions.
  4. Place 1 Tbsp.
  5. boiling water, corn syrup, lemon juice and powdered sugar in small mixing bowl; mix till well combined.
  6. Add in remaining boiling water, a tsp.
  7. at a time, till cake is of desired consistency; tint a delicate pink if you like.
  8. Drizzle cake with glaze.
