Pink Lemonade Angel Cake Recipe
- 1 1/3 c. cool water
- 6 drops red food coloring
- 1 box Pillsbury angel food cake mix
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- Place cool water, food coloring and cake fold in mixer bowl.
- Mix according to package directions; gently mix in lemon extract.
- Bake, cold and remove cake from pan according to package directions.
- Place 1 Tbsp.
- boiling water, corn syrup, lemon juice and powdered sugar in small mixing bowl; mix till well combined.
- Add in remaining boiling water, a tsp.
- at a time, till cake is of desired consistency; tint a delicate pink if you like.
- Drizzle cake with glaze.
