Pork Patties in Spicy Green Sauce

  1. Beat egg whites in large bowl with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently stir in egg yolks, meat and cheese.
  3. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
  4. Drop 1/3 of the meat mixture into 4 (1/4-cup) mounds in skillet; flatten each to 4-inch patty.
  5. Cook 3 min.
  6. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove from skillet; drain on paper towels.
  8. Cover to keep warm.
  9. Repeat with remaining meat mixture.
  10. Meanwhile, heat dressing in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  11. Add onions; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
  12. Stir in beans; cook 2 min.
  13. Add tomatillo salsa, water and bouillon; mix well.
  14. Bring to boil; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  15. Serve meat patties topped with the sauce.
