Mini OREO Birthday Cakes

  1. Place wire rack over sheet of parchment paper.
  2. Measure 1/2 cup frosting; spoon 1/4 tsp.
  3. onto top of each of 12 cookies.
  4. Cover with remaining cookies; press together gently to secure.
  5. Spread sides and tops of cookie stacks with remaining frosting (from 1/2 cup measure).
  6. Place on rack.
  7. Spoon remaining frosting (from can) into microwaveable bowl.
  8. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec.
  9. ; stir.
  10. Cool 2 min.
  11. Spoon 1/2 Tbsp.
  12. frosting over top of each cookie stack; repeat.
  13. Continue to spoon frosting over cookies until all frosting is used.
  14. Top with sprinkles.
  15. Refrigerate 1 hour or until frosting is firm.
