Taco Quiche

  1. In skillet, brown the beef; drain.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and prepare according to the package directions.
  3. Spoon meat into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk.
  5. Add the Bisquick and pepper; mix well.
  6. Pour over the meat.
  7. Bake uncovered at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
  9. Spread sour cream over the top and sprinkle with lettuce, tomato, green pepper, green onions, and cheese.
  10. Serve immediately.
