Flax Seed Matzoh (Dehydrated)

  1. Put the flax seed in a large bowl.
  2. Add the water, tamari and lemon juice.
  3. Soak for at least 4-6 hours.
  4. Put 1/4 of the mixture on one teflex dehydrater sheet and spread to make a 7" square with an off set spatula.
  5. Repeat for each sheet.
  6. Dehydrate at 105'F for 10 hours.
  7. Half way through flip the crackers and continute hydrating.
  8. Bon Appetit!
