Crispy Baked Eggs Express

  1. COMBINE 1 cup (250 mL) of the cheese with cereal.
  2. Pour butter over cereal mixture; toss lightly to mix.
  3. Form a nest in 4 lightly greased custard cups or in sections of muffin pan.
  4. BREAK eggs, slipping 1 into the centre of each nest.
  5. Pierce yolks with toothpick to prevent exploding.
  6. MICROWAVE each cup on MEDIUM for about 2 minutes.
  7. Top with reserved cheese.
  8. Let stand 3 to 4 minutes.
