Crispy Baked Eggs Express
- 1 1/4 cup grated Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese
- 1 1/4 cup wheat bran flake cereal
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 eggs
- COMBINE 1 cup (250 mL) of the cheese with cereal.
- Pour butter over cereal mixture; toss lightly to mix.
- Form a nest in 4 lightly greased custard cups or in sections of muffin pan.
- BREAK eggs, slipping 1 into the centre of each nest.
- Pierce yolks with toothpick to prevent exploding.
- MICROWAVE each cup on MEDIUM for about 2 minutes.
- Top with reserved cheese.
- Let stand 3 to 4 minutes.
