Lamb Burgers with Tzatziki Sauce

  1. Mix meat, Worcestershire sauce and pepper just until blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add patties; cook 5 to 6 min.
  4. on each side or until done (160F).
  5. Meanwhile, prepare Tzatziki Sauce.
  6. Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; cover with watercress, Tzatziki Sauce and tops of buns.
