Lamb Burgers with Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 lb. lean ground lamb
- 1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 8 slider buns, toasted
- 1 bunch watercress, thick stems removed
- Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumbers
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh mint
- 1 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
- Mix meat, Worcestershire sauce and pepper just until blended; shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add patties; cook 5 to 6 min.
- on each side or until done (160F).
- Meanwhile, prepare Tzatziki Sauce.
- Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; cover with watercress, Tzatziki Sauce and tops of buns.
