- 1 34 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 12 cups low-fat milk
- Whisk all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Whisk all the liquid ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and combine with several swift strokes.
- Do not over mix.
- Prepare in a waffle iron according to the directions.
