Spicy Beef and Bean Burritos
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
- 1 can Refried Beans With Jalapenos
- 1 envelope Taco Seasoning
- 1 package Large Tortillas
- 1 package Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can 12 Ounces Or More Of Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
- Brown beef and chopped onion.
- Add can of refried beans and envelope of taco seasoning to beef and onion and mix together well.
- Turn heat off once finished.
- Spray cooking spray into a large, glass rectangular baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spoon beef and bean mixture (1 large spoonful should do the trick) onto a large tortilla and sprinkle with a small bit of cheese.
- Roll and place in the baking dish.
- Repeat until you are out of tortillas or mixture!
- Pour can of green chili enchilada sauce over rolled burritos and sprinkle cheese over the top.
- Put baking dish in the oven and bake until cheese is melted well and dish is bubbly.
- It should take about 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how much enchilada sauce you pour over the top.
- Stuff it in your face (use a fork).
- * Super tasty with sour cream and guacamole and chips.
