Crunchy Gingerbread Muffins Recipe

  1. Combine all dry ingredients; stir well to break up brown sugar.
  2. Beat together liquid ingredients and stir into dry mix just till moistened.
  3. Don't over stir.
  4. Spoon batter into 12 paper lined muffin c.. Sprinkle about 1 tsp.
  5. sugar over each muffin.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 min.
