Best Roast Beef Recipe
- 3 to 7 pound rolled rib or possibly standing rib roast
- Salt and pepper
- Rub roast with salt and pepper.
- Place, fat side up, in a shallow pan and roast in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for one hour.
- Turn off oven, but Don't open oven door, no matter how long it is till dinner time.
- Turn oven back on to 375 degrees again for 30 to 40 min before serving time.
- Does not matter what size of roast.
