Tagliatelle and Sausage Skillet
- 1 lb. (450 g) Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 220 g tagliatelle pasta, cooked
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- Remove casings from sausage, if necessary; crumble sausage into large skillet.
- Cook on medium heat 5 min.
- or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add dressing, onions, garlic and crushed pepper to skillet; cook 5 to 7 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Stir in broth, pasta and sausage; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
