Corn w/ Bacon & Herbs
- 1 lb frozen super sweet corn
- 1 stick butter
- 1 packages bacon; baked crispy and diced
- 1 tbsp rosemary; minced
- 2 tsp sage; minced
- 1 pinch sugar, salt, and pepper
- Defrost corn.
- Drain.
- Melt butter slowly in a large saute pan.
- Add corn and herbs.
- Add sugar.
- Season.
- Toss.
- Sweat one or two minutes to blend flavors and heat corn.
- Add bacon.
- Toss.
