Corn w/ Bacon & Herbs

  1. Defrost corn.
  2. Drain.
  3. Melt butter slowly in a large saute pan.
  4. Add corn and herbs.
  5. Add sugar.
  6. Season.
  7. Toss.
  8. Sweat one or two minutes to blend flavors and heat corn.
  9. Add bacon.
  10. Toss.
  11. Variations; Minced garlic, shallots, red onion, bell peppers, jalapenos, fresno chiles, poblano, hatch green chile, diced green chiles, horseradish, parsley, cilantro, basil, mustard, marmalade, preserves
