8 Minute Light N Fruity Pie Recipe

  1. Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring about 3 min.
  2. Add in ice cubes and stir constantly till gelatin is thickened, about 2 or possibly 3 min.
  3. Remove any unmelted ice.
  4. Using wire whip, blend in whipped topping; then whip till smooth.
  5. Mix in fruit.
  6. Chill, if necessary, till mix will mound.
  7. Spoon into pie crust.
  8. Refrigerate3 hrs.
  9. *SUGGESTED FRUITS: 1 c. diced peeled pitted fresh peaches or possibly apricots 1 c. fresh rasberries or possibly blueberries 1 c. (8 3/4 ounce.)
  10. apricots or possibly sliced peaches, liquid removed and diced 1 can (8 1/4 ounce.)
  11. crushed pineapple in syrup, liquid removed 1 can (8 1/4 ounce.)
  12. fruit cocktail, liquid removed
