Mexican Dip
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can green chilies, chopped
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 sm. white onion
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- Brown ground beef and onion.
- Drain excess liquid.
- Add taco seasoning and reduce.
- Add salsa, sour cream, chilies, and 1 cup cheese.
- Mix until heated.
- Pour into serving dish.
- Top dip with the rest of the cheese and heat in over at 350F until cheese is melted.
- Serve with tortillas or chips.
