Mexican Dip

  1. Brown ground beef and onion.
  2. Drain excess liquid.
  3. Add taco seasoning and reduce.
  4. Add salsa, sour cream, chilies, and 1 cup cheese.
  5. Mix until heated.
  6. Pour into serving dish.
  7. Top dip with the rest of the cheese and heat in over at 350F until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve with tortillas or chips.
