Steak Diane
- 1/4 cup minced shallots
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak, about 3/4 inch thick (1 lb.) Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. capers, drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- Cook and stir shallots in 1 Tbsp.
- of the oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes or until tender.
- Increase heat to high.
- Add remaining 1 Tbsp.
- oil to skillet.
- Add steak; cook 3 minutes on each side.
- Stir in steak sauce, capers and garlic; simmer 2 minutes or until steak is cooked through.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
