Steak Diane

  1. Cook and stir shallots in 1 Tbsp.
  2. of the oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Increase heat to high.
  4. Add remaining 1 Tbsp.
  5. oil to skillet.
  6. Add steak; cook 3 minutes on each side.
  7. Stir in steak sauce, capers and garlic; simmer 2 minutes or until steak is cooked through.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
