Spicy Marinated Jalapenos, Haricots Verts, Red Pear Tomatoes and Okra

  1. Place the vegetables in a 2 quart glass mason jar.
  2. Add the crab boil, peppercorns, bay leaves, salt, and garlic.
  3. Pour in the vinegar.
  4. Tighten the lid.
  5. Shake the jar several times.
  6. Place the jar in a cool place and marinate for 1 week before using
