Honey-Balsamic Glaze/Marinade

  1. Bring vinegar and honey to boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in ketchup, garlic, oil and rosemary, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in lemon zest and pepper.
  5. Cool completely, will keep in refrigerator for 1 week.
