Kimchee-Bacon Fried Rice

  1. Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium-high heat until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon, reserving 1 Tbsp.
  3. drippings in skillet.
  4. Drain bacon on paper towels.
  5. Add onions to reserved drippings; cook and stir 3 min.
  6. or until crisp-tender.
  7. Stir in rice, peas and kimchee; cook 5 min.
  8. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  9. Add bacon and soy sauce; mix well.
  10. Spoon rice mixture to one side of skillet.
  11. Add eggs to other side; cook 1 min.
  12. until set, stirring occasionally.
  13. Combine eggs with remaining ingredients in skillet.
