Dairy-Free Vanilla Strawberries and Cream Smoothie

  1. Combine strawberries and water in blender on medium speed until blended.
  2. Add cashew cream, agave nectar, and vanilla extract and increase blending speed to high.
  3. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Store in jars in refrigerator for approximately 23 days.
  5. Note: For the cashew cream (also available in my TK Recipe Box), combine 2 cups warm water with 4 cups raw cashews in a high-speed food processor for 56 minutes, using tamper, if necessary.
  6. If desired, soak cashews in warm water overnight to soften.
