Dairy-Free Vanilla Strawberries and Cream Smoothie
- 3 cups Fresh Strawberries, Sliced
- 1/4 cups Water
- 1/4 cups Cashew Cream (see My TK Recipe Box Or Note Below)
- 2 Tablespoons Agave Nectar
- 13 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- Combine strawberries and water in blender on medium speed until blended.
- Add cashew cream, agave nectar, and vanilla extract and increase blending speed to high.
- Blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Store in jars in refrigerator for approximately 23 days.
- Note: For the cashew cream (also available in my TK Recipe Box), combine 2 cups warm water with 4 cups raw cashews in a high-speed food processor for 56 minutes, using tamper, if necessary.
- If desired, soak cashews in warm water overnight to soften.
