Angel Hair Pasta With Tomato Seafood Cream Sauce Recipe

  1. Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium high heat, heat the oil.
  3. Add in the garlic and saute/fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add in the tomato and saute/fry for 2 min.
  5. Add in the evaporated lowfat milk and stir constantly over medium heat till thickened.
  6. Add in the marjoram and pepper.
  7. Add in the scallops and cook for 2 min till the scallops turn opaque.
  8. Pour the sauce over the angel hair pasta and serve.
