Dinner Omelet

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet to medium heat.
  2. Give skillet time to get hot about 2 minutes.
  3. Youll need to pre-cook the bacon, sausage, onions, peppers and mushrooms.
  4. Once they are cooked, set them aside.
  5. Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme in a small bowl.
  6. Spray skillet well with cooking spray.
  7. Pour the eggs into prepared skillet.
  8. Shake skillet back and forth for 1 minute so egg mixture settles a bit.
  9. Evenly top with bacon and sausage and ham.
  10. still moving skillet back and forth during cooking.
  11. Then add onion, green pepper, mushrooms, cheese.
  12. Continue moving skillet back and forth throughout cooking.
  13. When omelet looks uniform and cooked, with a cooking spray covered spatula flip over one side onto the top of the other side.
  14. Cook 1 minute and carefully flip over entire omelet and cook 1 or 2 minutes longer.
  15. Move to dinner plate and top with tomato slices.
  16. Serve with biscuits and jam.
  17. Enjoy!
