Asian Pizza Recipe

  1. Stir together first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Stir in shrimp and chicken; cover and refrigerate15 min.
  3. Drain, discarding marinade.
  4. Place bread shell on a baking sheet; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Top with shrimp, chicken, vegetables, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 min.
  7. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
  8. Comments: For testing purposes only, we used a Boboli bread shell.
