A.1 Supreme Garlic Beer Stew

  1. Melt butter in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium heat.
  2. Stir in flour until blended.
  3. Add meat; cook 10 min.
  4. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add vegetables and beer; stir.
  6. Bring to boil; cover.
  7. Simmer on medium-low heat 1-1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  8. Stir in remaining ingredients; simmer, covered, 30 min.
  9. or until meat is tender.
  10. Remove and discard bay leaf before serving.
