Date and Ginger Cream Pots

  1. Beat together Philly*, cream, icing sugar, lemon juice and flour.
  2. Fold in the dates, ginger and orange rind.
  3. Spoon into small (approx 50mls capacity) lightly buttered oven proof dishes.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until just firm and lightly golden, in a 180 C (fan forced) oven.
  5. Dust heavily with icing sugar, serve warm or at room temperature with crisp, buttery biscuits, and a dollop of cream.
