Tomato Goat Cheese Tart
- 1 Pie dough
- 3 Vine ripe tomatoes
- 1 Goat Cheese
- 1 Beans
- 1 olives
- 1 basil
- 1 capers
- Precook a pie dough at 180C for 15mins in a pie pan.
- (Reminder: place beans on a paper on the pie dough so that it will not rise as it cooks)
- Slice the tomatoes and the goat cheese.
- Take the beans off the pie dough and leave it to cook for an other 5mins.
- Place the slices of tomato and cheese on the cooked pie dough.
- You can also add capers, basil, and olives for flavor.
- Then place the pie back in the oven (at the same temperature) until it looks good enough to eat.
