Tomato Goat Cheese Tart

  1. Precook a pie dough at 180C for 15mins in a pie pan.
  2. (Reminder: place beans on a paper on the pie dough so that it will not rise as it cooks)
  3. Slice the tomatoes and the goat cheese.
  4. Take the beans off the pie dough and leave it to cook for an other 5mins.
  5. Place the slices of tomato and cheese on the cooked pie dough.
  6. You can also add capers, basil, and olives for flavor.
  7. Then place the pie back in the oven (at the same temperature) until it looks good enough to eat.
