Hamburger Steak In Spanish Sauce Recipe

• 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
• 1 egg
• 1 c. cracker crumbs
• 1 med. onion, minced
• 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

1. Combine grnd beef, egg, crumbs, onion, lowfat milk, salt and pepper.
2. Mix well, shape into 6 large patties.
3. Cook till well done on both sides in skillet.
4. While these are cooking, mix sauce in another skillet, bring to boil and reduce heat.
