Barbequed Pork Tenderloin Recipe
- 8 x pork tenderloins - (8 ounce ea)
- 3 ounce extra virgin olive oil
- 3 ounce Rathbun Family Rub (see below)
- 2 ounce granulated garlic
- 2 ounce granulated onion
- 1 ounce cayenne pepper
- 1/2 ounce white pepper
- 1 ounce black pepper
- 4 ounce salt
- 4 ounce paprika
- 3 ounce brown sugar
- Rub tenderloins with oil and season with Rathbun Family Barbeque Rub.
- Let marinate for about 1 hour.
- Grill till desired temperature is reached, medium-rare is best (145 to 150 degrees.)
- For Rathburn Family Barbecue rub: Mix ingredients together and store in dry container.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
